Gestern Nachmittag (Dienstag, 14.09.2010) hat Starvault einen Hotfix (Version: 1.24.42.62) aufgespielt und damit den großen Mist den sie mit ihrem letzten Patch (Version 1.24.41.61) vom 9.9.2010 verbrochen haben, wieder geradegebügelt.
Schlimm genug, dass Starvault dafür fast 5 Tage gebraucht hat.
Mortal Online ist nun wieder spielbar, Werkbänke können wieder benutzt, Rohstoffe veredelt werden. Gleich nach dem Hotfix konnte man wieder vermehrt Spieler ingame antreffen. Die meisten geben sich momentan ihrer Fischerkarriere hin.

Hot Fix - Version 1.24.42.62 – Release

Notice: We can't stress this enough. When the launcher is running the patch installer, let it run its course. It will take some time to apply the patch and it might seem like the installer is doing nothing, but it is working. If you reboot or kill the patcher process you run the risk of corrupting you installation, forcing you to do a full reinstall.

General:
- Siege weapons will now stay in the world after a server reboot.




------ BUG FIXES ------


General:
- Vendors that were difficult to use ("you are too far away to interact...") is now be fixed.
- You will no longer receive fall damage when logging in.
- Entering "fishing mode" while sprinting will now correctly turn of sprint.
- Fixed issues with Combat Speed and fishing.
- Equipment-weight is now correctly be calculated upon login.
- Re-fixed the issue with unequipping left-hand items.
- Redesigned parts of the Pet Bags system to avoid glitches.
- Fixed an issue with the timer on the Hidden Criminal flag. To get rid of the Hidden Criminal flag after dieing, players must now spend a minimum of 10 minutes in the etherworld.


AI & Mounts:
- Fixed an issue where rare spawners spawned their creatures without a dice roll, making their spawns very unrare.
-Resolved a bug which hindered pet data to be saved.
-Resolved a bug which always gave pets maximum loyalty when tamed, no matter the skill of the tamer.
- Fixed an issue with the Desert horse speed.


Art & Sound:
- Workbenches/Extraction devices that were not functioning are now working once again.


Combat:
- Fixed an issue with the melee hit detection traces.


Housing:
- Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented house vendors from spawning.
- Fixed a bug with player vendors not showing their inventory.
- Fixed a bug where stables were not accessible from outside a house.
- Fixed a bug where you could not access workbenches in houses.


Skills & Attributes:
- Fixed a bug in the fishing weight calculations where the fish had a minimal random weight. You will not receive more fishes per successful catch as intended.
- Fixed a bug in the fishing internal success calculations.
- Fixed some minor issues with resting.


UI:
- Fixed a small UI glitch with the mouse mode and the extraction window.
- Fixed a bug where a players bank would show in the snooping UI.
- Items that are stolen will once again be named with [S] in the loot UI.
- The fall damage message no longer contains decimal numbers.
- Fixed an issue that made the loot from Pets carrying items show the wrong items.
